Poppy Seed Muffin - Office Manager

Poppy is our Office Manager. She has “worked” at Crossroads since January of 2021.

Prior to Crossroads she was living loose and care-free outside a nursing home. Dr. Horton inquired about her stray status and was informed that the nursing home was putting out food and water for her and they assumed she was a stray. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Horton catnapped her and she was quickly named our new Office Manager.

Poppy quickly forgot her life in the wild and now demands only Purina Pro Plan Sensitive Skin & Stomach canned food and filtered water! Her favorite activities include napping, chasing the laser light, stealing our food (chicken nuggets are her fav), and plotting world domination. She especially loves supervising everyone’s bathroom habits and is irritated if not invited in. Poppy’s favorite part of the job is judging everyone – whether it be your clothes, your dog’s barking, or simply for just existing.
