Heidi Robertson - Practice Manager

Heidi is our Practice Manager. She has worked at Crossroads since June of 2020, but has been in vet med for over 18 years.

She lives in Plainwell with her significant other, Jeramy and has 2 daughters, Tayler and KC. Heidi has 5 dogs (Bella, Butch, Penelope, Jax, and Dylan) and 3 cats (Oscar, Prince Beasty, and Remus). In her free time, she enjoys camping, being grandma to Theo, and spending time with family and friends. Her favorite past times include reading and watching Criminal Minds.

Heidi’s favorite part of her job is interacting with clients and their animals.
